  • @TheHappyNarwhals it was tough because normally I pace myself and can do 4 miles but I really got my heart going and pushed it. I kind of felt good even though my heart was pounding.

  • Good job! Here in Portugal Christmas and pretty most any kind of big holiday is as excuse to over eat... We spend christmas eve and christmas day around the table... it's almost like a social thing... And today is the day I regret everything I've put in my mouth and promise myselv that next year I'm not gonna make the same mistake :P

  • @anasupertramp22 I definitely ate some things I regret but today is a new day. and 2011 is a new year and I am still committed to get in the best shape of my life.

  • @phatmanwalkin we were at a family party and they are made with nilla wafers (buns), thin mint cookies (meat), orange frosting (cheese) and coconut died green (lettuce). They tasted alright. I ate half of one and decided it wasn't worth the calories.
