Return to Zork - Want some rye?

This old guy is AWSOME...oh yeah, I hate this game so much, it doesn't forgive anyone who plays it. If you played that game, you know what im talking about.

"Want some rye? 'Course ya do." Is one classic quote that most of people who came across this game will remember forever. This is my favorite scene I like the quotes, and the way you can die in it is really funny too.

oh i am getting nostalgic. i remember playing that game for months and months and I was dreaming of it too. was one of the best games on the market then. and it was made with so much love, there weren't just the disks but I remember a letter in the box inviting you to Zork as if everything was real. i got really taken by that game. awwwww

This was my favorite line from the game! When I was in Catholic school as a youngster--not by choice--I shared this line with my friend, who didn't understand what rye was, but burst out laughing and thought it was the greatest thing ever said. We had a pizza party a few days later, and he brought in a 2 liter bottle of ginger ale and asked the teacher, "Want some rye? 'Course you do!"  The look on her face was worth remembering. :)
