Stop MPS Stereotypes: Post Your Video Response!

It's time for the next step in the Stop MPS Stereotypes campaign. Our next phase will be the creation of a video public service announcement. The basic idea is very similar to the picture campaign. What we need you to do is to make a short video of you doing something positive or you with evidence of a positive accomplishment you have done. Examples would be a trophy, college acceptance letter, or your student group performing a special talent (music, sports, dance, acting, etc). In the video, you should say all four of the following phrases:

I am MPS.
I am not a thug.
I am not a criminal.
I have a future.

Please pause in between each sentence as the clips will be separated and edited together to make a larger video.

There are two ways you can submit you video.

1) YouTube Video Response:

Instructions:
1. Go to the comments section of the video.
2. Click on the comment box as if you were posting a comment.
3. Click on the blue link below the comment box that says "Create a video response"
4. Click on the tab that says "upload a video"

2) Send videos directly to our email at stopmpsstereotypes@gmail.com.

Please submit all videos by June 1st.
