Power Plate Thoracic Spine Release.

This exercise helps to release the muscles that are so often knotted in the mid centre of the spine.

Recommended Machine Settings
Time (sec): 60
Frequency (Hz): 30 - 40
Amplitude: Low

Coaching key: Shoulders relaxed, gently push back against platform.

Muscles targeted: Upper and Lower back

Recommended sets: 1-2

Level: Beginner

Execution: Static

Modality: Massage and Relaxation
