hey i saw one of your other vids it was hunting rabbits with 338 lapua i was just wondering why use such a powerful (and i'm assuming expensive) round on teny tiny wabbits?

@ShepsAlmighty i dont use it all the time on rabbits. I had some ammo that needed shot off, so it was the rabbits lucky day.

also i have a bushnell wide angle 4X-12X on top of AR15 rings the parralax and objective lense are ao wide! and im using a 6-9 BR harris bipod( so how do you love the FVSS?? i love mine the most accurate 100 yard gun i own!!

WOW my FVSS would put shame to this gun!!! was this gun broken in proper;y...or "clean" when you shot it? MY SAVAGE WILL LAY DOWN ALL 5 IN THE ON A DIME ALL HOLES TOUCHING ALL DAY.but i will only use Hornady in my rifle! hornady just has a louder crack, than like certain batches of winchester sound like a damn .22. its so quiet,trust me my stainless barrel LOVES HORNADY VMAX AND XTP...the best for the stainless

@ilovehunting1996 i found it starts dropping of at about 150- 175 yards you may get different results just shoot and see what bullet does..

yah but id like to see you put a few more holes in the paper....judging by your other groups id say two touching is a fluke but i guess if you quit while youre ahead you go home happy....my marlin pulls 3/4 groups all day at 100 yards with remington premier.....fedral premium is good too in my gun but not quite as consistant as rem.....hornady is junk for me but a lot of guys rave about it.

ive got the same gun W/ a Bushnel 4-12x wide angle scope.you can tape a penny ao the bullseye at 100 yds, and all 5 shots are touching and the dimes just destroyed!! UNBELIEVEABLE ACCURACY from both the 17 gr VMAX and 20 XTPs.also on a side note, Hornady brand 17 gr ammo chronos about 750-1000 fps faster than the 2550, had one box average 2642! wish i had my own chrongraph to record! and they completely penetrate .22cal RF metal(mild steel 1/4") at 50 yards.wonderful guns,whole setup 300.00$ new
