Another one of the Alice Comedies this one introducing us to Pete for the first time. (Anthro cat nuthin' That guy is a BEAR. Ya hear me Wikipedia?)
Soundtrack dubbing again. This one seems chaotic enough to be fun though.

@shaneyseano Syncronised sound didn't exsist at the time. The only sound would have been someone playing the music live in the theatre or a record recording. The voices have obviously been put on much later...and for some reason using 1 guy O_o
