@Bietel You´re right, but I think it´s deliberate. The Nomads made a slightly different version which is an improvement.

@MrJeppelin Beg to differ....well, slightly. The Nomads are a fabulous band, but in this song they got the leading guitar melody wrong - just check the original by The Third Bardo. Although the tremolo added by the Nomads was adding some extra coolness, Monster Magnet follows the original more closely and still sounds like Monster Magnet.
That said, I definitely prefer The Nomads to Monster Magnet for my listening pleasure.
