Look! its ok to tutorial a product or program, but you must take in consideration that not all computers or IPODS are the same and do not possess certain programs or maby another route has to be taken in order for it to work. SPECIFY THAT PLEEEZE!

This is horseshit, When im in my computer there is no Ipod control option. It just says internal storage
