It's inspiring, I think I might of needed this. Thanks Rob.

Gosh, I'm really sorry for Hal's past, but, I know Hal is probably on the mend and doing well :)

;-) Well, let's just say that "Hal" is a good friend.

Wow, hopefully this isn't too parallel to someon's life that we know! Dirty dishes in the laundry? Strict Morman at a club every night? I'm pretty ignorant of Mormans!

Caution some anti-depresants can make you more depressed.
Best advice: start working out 2-3 mini workouts per day to kick in your body's natural anti-depressant.....endorphins.

Hal's touched the hearts of so many people...he should be proud of what he's accomplished.

Sounds like Hal did nothing he should regret and that is something to hold near his heart as life unfolds. I have found that a solace, when doing the 'right thing' did not turn out. I now function within what I can live with and live without, yep, depression and self doubt I have found are symptoms of my life lived. I am thank full now for the path I am on now and more certain of the uncertain that is ahead. Hal has nothing to regret and his children will find him again. Hal is finding his way.
