I thought the same thing as well especially the fact that every woman appears to enjoy butt sex or the fact that the men's privates are often not viewable or how anyone is able to be filmed in the first place.

However, I would be lying if I didn't say that it was well-done; most of these shows tend to be incredibly incompetent but this was fascinating.

yeah, it doesn't look "documentary" style at all...it looks like hired professional models and actresses just simulating sex in different parts of the world. While these clubs may be real..I don't think the people in it are authentic..

That show tries to portray itself as being part documentary but it looks as documentary as a film does. It's scripted loose fitting sex scenes.
