hey, i would like to know do you need to sprout the seeds before putting it into aero garden or you just take the seeds out directly from the package and place it into aero garden...

I think you could but they have different needs as far as the lighting is concerned.

The seeds are already in the seed pods that you just put into the little holes on top of the aerogarden. You don't even touch the seeds directly. The seeds sprout right in the pods and it works really great. Basil comes up the best of all of them.
