@mine8009 "making a stupid mistake in violating a simple regulation regarding the military and political activism and allowing himself to be caught not just by CNN but Fox as well..."
you would think this regulation would be transparent enough, especially to actual service members...
sadly, this is the reality we face.

Now the military is seeking disciplinary action against this man, who was pulled into their scheme, even so much that he has a tattoo of the twin towers on his neck, he joined up on 2001 when he was 18, and now he might get executed in a military base dungeon.

@JoeTaibiJr Wow, you should really check your sources. Servicemen and women don't sign away their rights, they place certain limitations on those rights. We have as much say as anybody else in the civilian populace, we just can't do it in uniform or use our position to gain some sort of traction. If you don't like to play by the rules, you're free to walk away after your term is done. He's been in 10 years...obviously he doesn't think the rules are that bad.

@mine8009 Soldiers literally sign away their constitutional rights. Although inexplicably counted in U.S. employment statistics, they are not employees but conscripts who belong to the military! For example, military service is not a job from which one can simply quit and walk away! Soldiers also have no right to free speech, most especially when it comes to anything having to do with the activities of their unit, right or wrong.

BOW SHE!

He couldn't even finish saying Israel.

The fact that he broke a rule is besides the point, it should be his message that holds value.
I wonder why some messages get spammed for questioning the censorship and broken signal.
They can receive messages from the moon but loose signal in Iowa, why didn't they give him another chance to speak? I'm sure this will be censored too. I can't believe people would defend their government even after 200 years of extortion, murder, and theft. I guess the land of the brave is a joke.

@mine8009 all im saying is that if no one calls his unit raising hell he pretty much got away home free. To me it always seemed disgusting to me to see airmen and soldiers running around town in BDUs. Im a Marine and I always thought it was funny....look what it leads to..
As a Marine we cant wear commies anywhere but to drop off kids at day care and the gas station on the way home. And even then dont get spotted.
Sorry guys, but last I checked there are regulations against showing up at a political event in uniform and campaigning for a candidate in uniform. His doing so in this manner implies a representation of the armed forces as a whole...and as such is punishable under the UCMJ. Honestly, I hope the clown is held accountable. 10 years in, he should know better.

@DwayneReports I'm not denying his contributions to the fight nor his service and sacrifice to our country, what I'm saying is that he is making a stupid mistake in violating a simple regulation regarding the military and political activism and allowing himself to be caught not just by CNN but Fox as well...two of the nations leading news agencies. 10 years in, I can guarantee this guy has heard the briefings every time an election cycle comes around telling him not to do this.

@mine8009 You know what, standing up for what you believe in is never a stupid thing. If he gets fired from the army, people would be outraged. There's a little thing called the Constitution and in that theres the Bill of Rights and the 1st and foremost right is freedom of expression. I dont think that regulation would stand a chance against the constitution in a court of law.
