  • This is my first time in Puerto Vallarta. I am already in love with the place and the amazing people that I have met! I stay at Oasis Hostel and I feel very safe staying there. Media forget to show the real side of Mexico. They forget about the amazing food, the nice people, the culture and the nature.

Before people make up their mind about what they think about a country they have to stop listening to media. Viva la Mexico!

  • American media at it's FINEST BRAIN WASHING!! I have lot's of American friends that moved to MERIDA years ago and NEVER CAME BACK TO THE AMERICAN SHIT BOX! They say it is ALL american media hype about the violence.

  • IT ALL COMES DOWN TO THIS: MEXICO IS MUCH SAFER FOR THE TOURISTS THAN IT IS FOR US LOCALS, JUST DONT GO OUT THERE AT MIDNIGHT LOOKING FOR DRUGS OR SEX CUZ YOU'LL EVENTUALLY GET INTO TROUBLE. IF YOU USE COMMON SENSE YOU'LL BE SAFE ANYWHERE. THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF GETTING ROBBED OR KILLED IN THE USA.

  • I'm 21 from Australia, living with locals here in Mexico - love everyday.

  • Looks nice but i would not want to be stuck in a resort. I'll be out there in the cities exploring and hitting the museums, restaurants, bars etc!!!

  • 5 years living in Cancun - 0 problems. Robbed 3 times in 2 years when living in Melbourne, 9 times in the last 12 years in Stockholm, 5 times in Bangkok during 4 years... Dont get me started on how many times its been in the US.

  • mexico is a grat place to not hate people

  • @tichergeorge is not true... always it's safe

  • depends where you go

  • @taquitaaaaaaaaaaaaa pero esos países sudakas son pobres y sus hoteles son de cartón. Better Mexico.
