Felidae - Master's Voice [BETA: COMPLETE]

Update: Vegas is being stupid x___x. I think it's having problems bringing up the new effects and won't open projects that use them (it won't even open Forsaken). I'm trying some things and if that doesn't work, I'm copying the project/footage/effects onto my laptop and work there. If that doesn't work, then I'll have no choice but to just work with the beta and edit things over that (though that means I'll lose most of the stuff I've been working on near the end of the video). Ugh, and here I am thinking Vegas is being an angel.

Well, I'm sure all of you wanted me to "continue" with my MEP piece to Forsaken and ADGTH. Well, good news and bad news for you. Bad? You're not getting it. Stop asking. Good news? I have something even more messed up. Goody-goody, Raggie Clause and her hellhound-drawn sleigh bring you a treat from her jolly hard drive of horrors!

CATS, on an AMV studio themed with dogs/wolves? Ya...so? Good movie/book, so I made an exception (did it for FMA too, but it's currently on copyright x_x). This movie is called Felidae, and it's a German movie/book that is a "cat murder mystery", but don't expect it to be all cute and happy. Other than maybe Elfen Lied (lolscarredPossk), this has got to be the most messed up thing I've ever watched/read...though I loved both (Elfen Lied included). LOTS of blood/gore, cursing, a random kitty sex scene, and potentially uncomfortable plot themes. Keep note that you shouldn't watch this video if you don't like that stuff (it will rape your mind, even though it's unlikely I'll include the *cough* hardcore bits in my AMVs).

This video focuses on the relationship of Pascal and Francis. It's hard to really explain, but Pascal acts like a father/guide for Francis and they build a close relationship. He keeps his new student close and tries to sway him into staying and continuing his "work".

This AMV will be completed shortly...just I don't know when. I'm editing in a weird sort of way. I started with the middle, then end, beginning, just in general bouncing around. I've actually finished more than just this, but there are a lot of black areas.

(ugh, as a note, the quality was eaten through the rendering at the "pain, truth, choice" part. The effect looked perfect in Vegas)

I haven't worked on it since uploading the beta.

I've sorted out most of the problems, though it's still going a bit weird. I'm turning my attention to other projects (mainly MEPs) and an AMV tournament (starting tonight).

I know for sure the English Amazon has the first one (9 cents. Meh, price was right) but until it came, I didn't know about the language. Not sure if they have the sequel. If I do read it, I'll drop you a line though.

Well, the problem is that I can't read in German (or any non-English language). From my understanding, the first two books are the only ones translated, so I'll be out of luck reading anything beyond those two.

I tried to watch Felidae once... I wussed out on it... besides, I didn't want my parents to catch me watching it. o.o; Regardless of that, this is a neat AMV!

When I saw this a few days ago I thought, I'm gonna have nightmares tonight.  Raggedstar+Felidae=disturbing. I think I did... I can't wait for the rest of it!!
