  • All 1300 horsepower being put to use! Turn up the volume!

  • SABA is the world's shortest paved commercial runway. Added to the thrill are the cliffs at the runway's ends, including a slope that interferes with a straight-on approach of Runway 12, so it's usually side-approached when the weather's less tham optimal.

  • @vanbeukenmans

Conveniently enough, on of the few bars on the island on the front porch of the airport!

  • Flippin eck at 0:21 that was close.

  • Damn man, that sound sure brings back some good memmories!

Put a VERY big smile on my face :D

  • lol. 00:56 start, 1:02 V1, 1:10 rotate :D

  • Um, did the pilot even rotate???/ it looked like he got lift as he went off the edge

  • Damnnnnn, he rotated at the end of the runway!!!! cool!!!!

  • @frequent3dflyer The X means that the runway has a displaced threshold. That means the area covered by the x is not suitable for take off and landing procedures.

  • wow... kind of a "fixed" aircraft carrier!
