Local Houston Black Panther leader Quanell X carried out a series of tactics during the 2010 general election in Harris County, Texas to intimidate poll watchers and alternate judges in several precincts. This man was a poll watcher fielded by the King Street Patriots to observe the proceedings at Precinct 202.

@FREEZE42 , Fox 26 News Houston picked it up and had video from outside the polling location. Detman is correct, however one of the violations at this polling location was video recording devices being present.
