I've heard the question "Is drinking vinegar good for you" many times in my life. The short answer is yes, which I'm sure you already know, is not a sufficient answer.

What does drinking vinegar do for you?

Helps cure: * Acne * Allergies * Arthritis * Asthma * Diarrhea * Dizziness * Gas * Gout * High blood pressure * High cholesterol * Obesity(Of course many other things factor into losing weight besides just vinegar, sorry no easy easy out of that one)

How much vinegar is the right amount to drink?

Two table spoons is the ticket that you want. Though it might not be in your best interest to drink two straight table spoons of vinegar since it is very high in acid, instead use about a quart of water to dilute the vinegar. The diluted vinegar/water mix will have a lower chance of hurting your stomach, with that said, don't over do it, drinking a lot of vinegar at one time will hurt your stomach due to the acid. Drinking it is not the only way to get your vinegar for the day either, you can eat it on your favorite foods too.

I've always drank vinegar since I was like 9 I've used it on everything that it taste good on, I'm now 17 and haven't had a sick day from school in 8 years, I also eat alot more than average and am 6ft and 13 stone. Vinegar!!!
