This little girl deserved a chance at LIFE. Her mother and the animal who did that to her BOTH need to be made to suffer the way she suffered times 10. GOD saw it all and HE will deal with them. Death is something they should be VERY afraid of because for people like them, it is only the beginning. They say when you die you feel every ounce of pain that you inflict on others throughout your life. In that case, they need to brace themselves!
