Solar Halo Ring around Sun

Location: South Texas Rio Grande Valley
Approximately 30 miles from the border of Mexico.
This was recorded on the highway on 05/04/2011. I've researched and found it to be a Solar Halo from the sun formed by Ice Crystals in the clouds. This is the only time I have ever seen this in my life..

The buzz is my Caliber SRT4. If the noise bothers you, don't complain, just turn down your sound :)

Yeah, just saw this also. The spectacle is created by tiny ice crystals some 20,000 feet up.
