Nope That was 3rd Armored Division..SPEARHEAD..........I was there 6 years in Germany. 1st Armored took over at Ray Barracks after WE were deactivated in 1992:)

I lived next door to Elvis Ranch in 1968-69 outside of Memphis.........I later went to Ray Barracks in his SAME UNIT there.....................weir

No way could you find a rock star willing to join the army these days. Elvis was All American.
