The side panels have now come off completely and the glue no longer holds them at all. I've had to clean off the glue which was fun. It's almost better without the side panels. Obviously the product's cool surface doesn't ware very well either. Maybe a metal case would be better? It'd be very cool! Can't the side panels be part of the mold for the main body of the mophie? Sure it can which would solve the glue problem.
Note that simply replacing the defective mophie with another that has the same flaw won't work since it has the same flaw and after a month or two of normal operation it'll have bad side panels as well. You need to address the basic design flaw in the mophie, the glued on side panels. Replace them with non-glued on side panels somehow. I'll leave that to your your otherwise excellent design skills and production capabilities. Thanks very much, a valued customer, MountThor.
If you are from Mopie, you need to contact me to get this problem fixed on my and all mophies. So far no satisfaction. When will you deliver on a better mophie and fix those that have bad glue problems with the side panels? When? Come on tell me, when?
Oh, just found a reply from mophie in the junk email folder offering to get a replacement unit to me. Cool. They did reply pretty quickly after all.
