This is a specialist custom harmonica I use for playing Irish/Celtic music. It looks like a chromatic, but isn't! It has all the slide notes tuned to the home key of the harmonica, hence the name Slide Diatonic.

You can buy one for yourself. Email me for details:

  • omg that's so cool, a very nice sound, love it !!

  • Right, Irish music doesn't need semi-tones. Triplets can still be achieved without the use of a side, by it isn't as lucid.

  • So not only knowing the harmonica a to z, but also wanting to share the knowledge. I love this attitude. 2 thumbs up!

  • Hello Brendan,

i like your videos,as i really like to play harmonica myself.

But i never get it right to play that fast.

Can you give me an advice relating that?

    Best Regards from Germany,

    Christian Todt
