Nations progress and they shed off elements of their culture that mean nothing. Like for example not eating pork. I understand their ancestors did not know how to eat and preserve pork and were dying off of it, but Gee Weez nations next to them like the Phonecians, the Greeks, the Romans, knew... Just watch and learn. There is not reason to make a rule to forbid ignorance... Just light a candle! The candle of wisdom. That's why young Jews open up to more forward and extrovert cultures.

It's also very funny when ANYTHING the Jews achieved was achieved by them attending Education systems in Europe and USA centered on Greek Civilization and organized by Christian nations...

All peoples have the right to preserve their identities. Without marriage restrictions, the Jewish people would have dissolved long ago.
I like how Jewish people are not hung up on being mixed-blood or mixed-race, etc. For Mexicans, race-purity ideology and Spanish colonial racism continues to poison their mentality. What a contrast.

(c) it also involves punishment of the perpetrator, which is based on the age of the victim, (d) in this case, if the perpetrator is an adult, and the victim is nine years of age or younger, the victim bears absolutely NO culpability for the crime. [I could go on and on about this, but it would take pages]. I do not know why you posted your remarks about the Talmud in this section, i.e., re: the video topic. And because you did so, your motives are highly suspect.

Third, in cases of the hypothetical examples, unless the WHOLE Talmud is read, one could easily misunderstand what is being stated. Your example of Sanhedrin 54b, is erroneous for several reasons, (a) it is not a direct quote, (b) it is a discussion about whether or not the adult perpetrator can be charged with one crime or two.

Second, some of the sentences in a paragraph are hypothetical, and/or do NOT reflect the MAJORITY opinion of the Jewish court, i.e., Sanhedrin. There is a similar parallel, once again, with the U.S. Supreme Court, in that there can be a split decision and yet opinions of the minority are still recorded.
