When we try to get our greens in our diet, we typically resort to eating a salad. We usually add a dressing on that salad, which can make it very unhealthy depending on which dressing you choose.
In this video, I show you how to make a smoothie out of fruits, leafy greens, and a liquid multivitamin. This smoothie is delicious, nutritious, and very easy to make.
Note: You can also add Greek Yogurt or cottage cheese to this recipe for an added protein boost!
