So, 1, 30 and then 1 in 2011.
And sure there are those diamonds in the rough you find in the later rounds, the like ones you stated, but those aren't sure things. You can't for sure get a Pavel Datsyuk in every third of fourth round, but you've got a hell of a good chance to get one in the first.
