20-40 liters!? I think you highly underestimates the fuel flow of a modern jet. The fuel flow in cruise flight for a beast like this would be like 13 tons of fuel, which in 7 min is about 1,5 tons. Now as you can see this isn't cruise flight so you would need to double that, witch would be 3 tons of fuel or about 3750 liters.

Awsome vid...i love the A380 and the 787...my favorite airline is Gulf Air and i wish they had these in their livery...that would be awsome...
