I actually agree with the guy that made this video. Due to experiences caused by serious ankle sprains. I could really use a machine like that.

Anatomically, this makes a lot of sense. However, I dunno if you're average person can tolerate that much weight for the inversion/eversion motions ( maybe even get hurt) I can see how this can improve your lateral quickness because you're maximizing the energy you get from pushing off your feet, but I think most athletes get enough dorsi/plantar flexion that this may not help their vertical ie, calf raises. Thanks for the video.

i think this is a serious peice of equipment.

@inmymind801 Quickness comes from brains and nervous system transvers it to place where you want, example on feets and then it goes to you muscles wich working in the way you nervous systems tell them to work. Am I right, why I wouldn't? If that's true then you have to have all those things in shape to be as quick as you can. You have have right mindset, good nervous system and strong and explosive muscles to get that work!

What a ridiculous waste of time & money. Great for a giggle though, thanks!

haha wtf... wow...
you are wrong, quickness comes from the nervous system. are you qualified to be attempting to teach people these things?

@inmymind801 hey... yes you must do sport specific training at high level because that is how you play-- yes? we play how we practice....

this might be good for balancing your muscles and prevention but this shit aint makin you more explosive, is it?

explosive... is a whole body activity... having strong lower legs is part of whole body... and training is a must!
you only perform like your train / practice

@Ooijer Quickness is first a state of mind- that needs to get to your feet...
as quick as possible.... this equipment help you get where you want to be...

a stable training surface is greater than an unstable one. we want to train in a stable environment because we play and practice in unpredictable environments. use the boards, and soles at your own risk- they could lead to micro tears which lead to sprains and strains. you are your own coach- get better!
