  • very good for shoulders aswell

  • This exercise is bad for your lower back and what it works out can be more safely and effectively worked out.

  • These rotational exercises are generally aimed at your obliques. They're either side of the 'six pack.'

  • @TheSuperber I think it is for abs and lats, because I did this today and I felt quite much in the lats also.
