Thats why they are respected and will go down in the history books. Yes what they did was harsh, but it kept people in line. If there was a problem around the east end, people didnt go to the police, they went to the krays. And they dealt with it. Two people running an entire part of a city. Not little foreign fuckers running around in gangs shooting and stabbing kids.
