Finally someone who shares my opinion. I mention the idea that the store has tried to cheat me at the service department multiple times and parts department, I've gotten into arguments with the damned store manager because he insists he's right "The computer system says so". Well yes, the computer system would say that I need that shock, if I wasn't looking for the one for 2 inch lift >:[
People around here treat Pepboy's stores as if they are the final say in all car matters.
