Timelapse shot from the camera store using a Nikon D300s and the built-in interval timer. The lens used was a Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8 fisheye with 4-stop ND filter in the rear pocket for the slow shutter speed. I shot approx 850 RAW images with 25 seconds interval to accomodate 6 hours of shopping spree in the store. Exposure info: 10 seconds @ f/10 and ISO100.

The clip was shot from one static location with the fisheye lens FOV basically covering the whole shop. Motion was created by panning around in a rather large 4K (4096 x 2720) video file within iMovie '11 using the Ken Burns crop tool. For the scene with the queue numbers I used Alien Skin's Photoshop plugin 'Bokeh' for the tilt-shift focus effect. I used deflickering filter in VirtualDub to even out aperture flicker prior to editing in Ps and iMovie. That's pretty much it. :)
