Since i heard due to HDCP ps3 cant record with HDMI?

Component. Due to stupid Sony restrictions, HDMI recording is not allowed with non-HDCP-compliant HD capture cards...

I think that with BlackMagic...

I still have 2 capture cards.

I honestly don't remember and there is no difference in the final quality. May be BlackMagic quality is slightly better, but you can't see the difference after YouTube HD processing, which degrades the quality significantly.
