i managed to bug a half-sneak state yesterday. when watching first-person, and trying to sprint, i dashed instead. when i did it from third person, i sprinted.
i accidentally hit sneak just before i entered college of winterhold. (main door). i was sneaking without sneaking.

I have massively glitched it. I sprinted to this guy and killed him, now I cant stop XD The only downside is I cant power attack.

I found out that you can let go of the Sprint button and keep sprinting, you just need to hold forward to keep it going.
