*UPDATE*: My M11x's hinges broke on April 15th, 2011 after roughly 9 months of ownership and use. However, I just had to call tech support and my hinges were fixed on April 18th. If the hinges are a concern for you, don't worry about it. They are even covered outside of warranty! (As Alienware acknowledged the hinges had a design flaw)

Alienware isnt really worth the money. You could have build your own pc with much beter specs and come out alot cheaper.

Excuse me for my late reply.
What I mean is, is that it's easy enough to build a desktop right? Case, motherboard, GPU, CPU etc.
Laptops however are different, Unlike desktops, laptop parts come in less varities and are not nearly as compatible like desktop components. Plus you have to worry about cooling, space management, weight etc. Even if you were to buy a laptop, there are few laptops that are 11"" that will run Battlefield 3.

There is none. If you are looking for a gaming machine, make your own desktop.
The M11x however doubles as both my gaming computer, and my tool for note taking and essay writing. Because of the 11" form factor, I am free to take it wherever I please. From home, to school, to the library, it goes anywhere.
