Love the cake! I dont think i would be able to do that.. My sons birthday is oct and i am looking everywhere for someone to make a cake like this for him.. I am having no luck! I wish you could make sell and ship them to me ha ha.. Very good Job

Hi,
The amazon safari cake looks awesome. I was planning to make this same cake for my daughters 1st birthday. This cake would be perfect for her safari jungle themed birthday party. I have successfully completed Wilton cake decorating Courses # 1 and 2. I'll taking course # 3 from next week. Do you think this can we done as a Course # 3 cake? OR Do we need to complete Course # 3 and 4 to make this case? I would appreciate your opinion. Please let me know. Thanks.

Thank you! I haven't taken any of the cake decorating courses and have no training whatsoever. It was for my son's 2nd birthday, and the castle I did for his 1st was much harder. However, I should probably tell you that I have a lot of experience with polymer clay, which is sort of similar to working with fondant. I would start making the animals AT LEAST a week ahead of time! Once you get those out of the way it's easy sailing! Good luck!
