I had this in 1983 bundeld with the c64

Someone should update this game for the Commodore 64 with better graphics and more levels! And call it Sun Lander!! (for weeping Wailer)
-
Wailer states that there solid planets can't exist there.. But he is the expert!
-
Wow. This and Rat Race, also for the 64, were the first video games I ever played.
-
I'm on a nostalgia run here and found two I could not find via gamefaqs. Thanks for this.
-
Too bad there's only one level :(
-
@wailer27: Omg, man it's just a little computer game from 1982! The Jovian-system had just been photographed by Voyager 1 three years ago back then, so it's probable that the developer of this game didn't know that fact. Even if Jupiter was a solid planet, landing would obviously be impossible due of the immense gravity.
-
Der schmu what you fail to realise is that it is impossible to land on Jupiter as it is a gas planet so the fact that you didn't apologise for this in your description makes you a dumb butt freak. Screw everyone else who didn't mention this too. Wankers!

I just got a score of 47,000 on this game.
it says 1982 (!), this is one of the very first games done for the c64, try to view it in this perspective.

This game actually ZOOMED INTO THE SPOT YOU WERE FLYING TO O_O
Never saw a game with that feature on such an old computer/console
