wow, looks like he's doing really good! :) i have spina bifida too. i didnt walk till i was 4 so if he takes time to learn to walk dont give up. it took me hours to walk from one side of the room to the other so it takes a LOT of patients. i've heard so many spina bifida parents say that their child used to be able to walk when they were small but it would take so long that they just didnt want to waist the time. Looks like he's doing great tho! :)
love always,
jessie

Go, Grant Go! That is awesome and too wierd because he does that pretty much the same as our son Matteus. Even with the seriously twisted leg.

Whats wrong with his legs? There like twisted and he has a bump on his head! Is he ok? Oh but he is cute i must admit!

Grant was born with spina bifida, so his legs are very low tone and don't have feeling below the knee. When he was learning to sit, they often became caught up and he had to learn to adjust them. The bump on his head is a shunt valve for hydrocephalus (excess fluid that needs to be drained).
Thanks for the comment! :)

Oh how sad! is he doing good? Grant looks like a adorable baby and god left him a caring family to take care of. God puts babies in need of care to families he knows they will take care of. looks like you are!congrats!
p.s. I do think he is adorable and doing well

Thank you! He is doing well. :) He has been pulling to stand, talking, getting on and off the couch, draws on all kinds of stuff he's not supposed to, and has learned to throw a good ol' toddler tantrum. :)
