Agree with you 100%. Changing this to kissing changes the meaning of the story and takes away the lesson of not being mean and violent. And why would you be scolded for kissing the mice? I wish people would just accept thing for what they are and stop sheltering our kids from something as innocent as a cute kids story. When I did this story with my kids they would bop the air and then feel like they are in trouble (Ohh, Ohh) when the good fairy came down. Action = Consequence.

Changing the words in this song to kissing them is silly. Why would the good fairy tell bunny foo foo not to kiss them on the head? This song at a very superficial level is meant to teach children the importance of not being violent towards others and that your bad behavior will have to be answered for. This PC crap will only take meaning away from our stories and hide our children from reality.
