Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has reportedly been fined $25,000 by the NFL for posting Twitter messages during Friday's preseason contest versus Philadelphia. Per the league's social media policy, players are prohibited from sending tweets 90 minutes prior to kickoff and until all postgame commitments are met. According to NFL.com, the flamboyant receiver's Twitter page showed a message posted at 6:50 p.m. (et) prior to the 8:07 p.m. (et) kickoff and another at 9:53 p.m. (et).
