King of Fighters XX (New UFGE project) - Ryu vs Billy Lee

This is one of several videos featuring CPU vs CPU matches of WIPs I made for King of Fighters XX. KOF XX is a new fighting game I am making for the UFGE engine. It will feature SNK characters and characters from other video games in SNK style.

It's the 80's vs the 90's. Once Billy Lee was the man known for video arcade fighting in Double Dragon. That all changed when Street Fighter 2 came out and Ryu became the champion.

BTW, Billy Lee was actually from an abandoned Beats of Rage project of mine. I really wanted to make a true fighting game version of Billy Lee that used his moves from the arcades.

Who I'd love to see any one from punch out, the burger time guy, and megaman. really odd game charecters that whould be super hard to put in a fighting game, but whould love to see some one try pong, pac man and space invaders.

This is exactly what I want this game to be. I want to go really crazy with character ideass. Infact I do have an idea for Mega Man, but it's going to be much different from the MvC one. Punch Out guys could be very interesting. And I never even thought of making Peter Pepper. All I need to do is find the right SNK sprite with a long coat.

Well I made the sprite before I looked online for the character art. It's just that the only good picture of Billy Lee I could find was the one from the GBA box. As for the sprite, I wanted to keep his default color since it's based on the one for the arcade version of Double Dragon 2.
