Please read if you require info about the animations! [At end of description]
Please watch in HD when the option appears.
Just a simple tribute to the awesomeness that is the Half Blood Prince. I absolutely adore this song, the music is just amazing and the chorus just gives me such a thrill everytime I hear it.
Of course, I was greatly inspired by these 2 lovely ladies and their amaaaazing vids:

Those were just incredible and I was stunned when i watched them, they really are amazing guys and you inspired me so much so thankyouuu :D
I also added animations (for which i thank Louise :D) for the first tiimee. I'm not sure if they worked very well but i'm hoping they just jazzed up the vid a little ;D
OMG. Have you SEEN the new Harry/Ron clip? =O Oh my golly gosh. Absolutely incredible, cannot WAIT for this film.
Oh, and some of you may know that i uploaded this the other day, but the settings for the HQ widescreen format don't seem to be working for me as it threw the timing off of another of my vids and the sound mysteriously disappeared on this previously so if you know what i'm doing wrong then i'd appreciate if you'd let me know, but otherwise, i'll just stick with the HD widescreen format :)
Song: "City of Blinding Lights" by U2 (Instrumental used)
Clips: HBP Footage from trailers, adverts/commericals and behind-the-scenes videos.
Program: Sony Vegas Pro 8.0
Ok, so lots of people have asked me about the animations I used and rather than answer everyone individually, I thought it would seem more logical to just tell you in the description.
So, the first animations I used right at the beginning are from YT for which I don't have the link, but all you need to do is type in things like "3D effects" or "adobe ink drops" or "fireworks animation" etc etc. Just things to do with whichever animation you would like. Then (if you're not familiar with downloading vids from YT), go to www.keepvid.com, copy the video URL into the site then use the link which comes up. Then go to www.media-convert.com and convert the file into whichever file you'd like. Hope that helps, any other questions which I haven't answered, just ask :)

OMFG! It's incredibly beautiful!
Just one question: could you tell me where did you get these white stripes?

A friend sent them me, so I'm not sure if i'd be able to send them to other people, although i've put some info in the description of where and how you can get animations :)

Also, which settings did you use in SV to make it widescreen?
xDeppObsessedx 2 years ago
When you render it, select "4.8 mbps 720-25p HD etc etc". You can select the ones with the higher mbps, but i think the files are larger. Hope that helps, feel free to ask if you need to know more :) Thanks for your other comment btw :D
