Beautiful rainbow eye on paint.net tutorial

this is a tutorial on how to change the color of any eye on paint.net. i changed th color to rainbow but you can use any eye and color. Its really simple so i hope you enjoy!! (i got the picture from google i thinks its on the first page just type in awesome eye....

@sammyjojellybean u need to make the second layer become overlayed which the video shows how to change that from 0:24 to 0:35. hope that helped.

So, I cannot seem to figure out how to make the colors transparent. I am very new to this paint.net thing. I know very well how to work photoshop, but I just don't understand how to make the color not be solid.

Help please?

@DJDannie772 I know you asked this 5 months ago but what I do is, after I put all the colors in (obviously), I go to the effects menu, click on blurs then gaussian blur. It works wonderfully (especially when your making shadows on a picture of yours). I hope this helps you.=)
