What do you do to zero your gun in?

I just got the .22 cal whisper and was wondering what the best way to dial in the scope is. I get the 25 shots at a given distance, but for this video it had to be dead accurate for 25 yards. what's a good size target to work with? what's a good and easy way to keep the gun perfectly steady wile sighting in? My scope is already pretty accurate for about 25 yards, but i want to get it better.
