New entry in my video blog today, September 8th, twenty ten. My weight loss diet and new lifestyle. This IS my new way of life! Greatest diet plan for health and fitness. PALEO!! Be like a caveman. Meat, eggs, nuts, vegetable, fruit. Those five things are what you eat. Nothing else. Google paleo and read why paleo is the best diet out. It is how we were designed.
Just to be clear, I have not lost 50 pounds in 3 months. It has been about 6 months since I started changing my habits. I have been eating strictly paleo for 3 months. I am sharing with you my best secrets with which I have experienced enormous success.

  • Oh hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • i have a very simple question : can i eat porridge oats (made with water and fresh fruit and nuts) on a low carb diet ? i've always considered this the cornerstone of my diet, but can i include it on a low carb diet ?
