Eleven months and 700 dead soldiers earlier, Rush Limbaugh seconded "Mean Jean" Schmidt's accusation of Rep John Murtha's (former Marine drill sergeant) call for redeployment as "Cut & Run". 11 months of violence, chaos and 700 dead soldiers later, Limbaugh proposes his OWN exit strategy for Iraq: Redeployment.

B130 thanks I'll try to check what clinton said at the time of invasion. Anway, I dont count myself a Dem I agree with strong defense against mass murderers but I'm APALLED at CHICKENHAWKS who push war as a first resort and actively dodged any and all wars or danger themselves including Rush, Cheney, Bush, Continenti and others. more im here and see their cowardice more it bugs me!!!!

While I'm not defending Senator Clinton and do not know her reaction "specifically", I do know that *many* Democrats very VERY vocal when Bush invaded Iraq without returning to the UN for a second resolution like he promised he'd do had he of been given that authorization.
It should also be noted that Senator Obama, who touts that he *opposed* the invasion of Iraq, made no such public statement opposing Bush's decision not to return to the UN following the invasion, so who's worse?

B130 you are technically correct (authorization to use force not = voting for war). But there's a simple test 4 that claim: Did Dems/ clinton et al EVER say ANYTHING publicly at the START of ACTUAL WAR like "whoooaaa hey I voted to threaten force but this Bush is using force too soon / too easily / must wait...etc" - If YES then totally valid point 2 say they didn't vote "for the war". If NO, then that Dem is simply trying to get out of taking responsibility for their previous vote. Agree?

I know this is hard for a Bushie to grasp, giving the Prez the power to threaten the use of force to get inspectors back in is NOT the same as voting for war. Only 10 months into his first term, who knew what a devious criminal ass he was? I doubt they'd vote the same now. Our bad). As for Biden and Clinton seeing the same intel, do you REALLY believe members of Congress are privy to the same intel as the Commander-in-Chief?
Again, thank you for taking time from your duties in Iraq to reply.

Your title is misleading and you know it. I'm an American, not a Bushie.
Many of the top dem. candidates voted to go to war. They saw the same intel that Bush did (particularly Biden and Clinton). "New direction" does not mean surrender. Americans want to win the war and Patreaus has us on that path. Take care.

Funny how *you* can interpret "at some point" as "eventually", but I can't interpret "move into Syria" as "redeployment".
Nice double-standard you Bushies got there. Again, thank you for taking time to post in between your duties in Iraq.

At about 2:00 into the video Rush makes it clear that this is
"he's just thinking about all this" and uses the words "the Iraqis at some pointwill have to take care of all this" aka eventually.
Your title for the video is misleading. Rush didn't at all say he was for "cut and run" as you, the drive bys and the liberals are.
