it's real, but it only works i believe if the person has there website setup as a FTP Without any certificates and without passwords.
i have an IIS Website but i use MySQL and FTP seperately from my IIS Installation

@ManchalaSab Its not fake kid, How 'bout you learn basic hacking? Seeming that your not a real hacker, This is called IIS Exploit otherwise known as the webdav hack.
