You don't need a collage degree to be successful. I never let myself get caught up in the collage trap. These uppity kids go to school 4 a fancy degree, and when they get out they can't find a job as a dog catcher, all the while they're stuck with a mountain a school debt. When I got out of high school I went straight to work. I knew I wouldn't be rich, but that wasn't my goal. I wanted to be stable and not live paycheck to paycheck. I got a place, money in the bank, no debt, and I'm happy.

This was a couple years ago but I wouldn't be surprised if you are still strugging now. Why am I paying loans back if I can't find a real job in the field i studied in school and invested so much money in the false promise that college internships would get me a CAREER! BULLSHIT! Our loans should be forgiven! I graduated last year and still can't find a real job

Big corporations are run by greedy Jews. They outsource jobs to shit holes like the Philippines & Mexico for cheap labor. U yanks will soon have nothing left but revolution. Ur children's children depend upon it.

That the only good thing about going to work after high school, you don't have to worry about paying back the student loan .
Only certain degrees are worth anything. Degrees like Nursing can get you a good job when you get out. Maybe you should get an Licensed Vocational Nurse two year degree.
Other degrees are not worth anything, Sociology degrees, political science degrees, liberal arts degrees fine arts degrees. For a two year degree a LVN degree will work......Certifications pay more than degree, Licensed vocational nurse.

i HAve to agree in some sense because my sister is a Neo Natal Intensive Care Nurse out here in So Cal and she has been doing awesome. She is even receiving job offers at other hospitals. But at the same time, I don't see the reason to forego life's dream to be "what I wanna be" just because the economy sucks right now and I need to keep bills paid. Again, I am a lucky one, no kids, wife or house mortgage!!

I'm with you... I just completed my 2nd college degree and 7 years of my life spent, After looking for a job for 4 months I am laid off within 3 months. I feel powerless and all the American Dream promises have turned out to be lies. There is so much corruption and talk about what got us into this but little action to get us out of it. There needs to be more laws against corruption on all levels but I don't see any chance of that happening so there might be an uprising soon.
