@IhateLynnMoses the point of the move isnt to twist the arms. it's actually supposed to be a real NASTY choke-out submission. Yoshida pulls inward with her clasped hands and pushed downward with her right leg with the victim's throat being trapped and squeezed in between them.

What is so painful about that move? Her arms are not twisted back that much.

No, she didn't. That's nothing but a variation on the crucifix with neck crank. The only thing original about it is that she's able to skip some steps to get it, but that's just because her opponent is making it easy.
