How many circuits ended up in the conduit ? Derating is necessary based on the number of current carrying conductors in a conduit. Wire fill goes out the window--you can fit 101 #12's in a 2" EMT, --BUT--de-rating works as follows: 7-9 curent carrying conductors must derate to 70%, 10-20 derate to 50%, 21-30 derate to 45% etc... So if you have (25)-20A circuits in the conduit, you would have to make them all #6 AWG. But, alas, you can only fit 26 #6's in 2". Hope you didn't need neutrals.
Notice how everything going to the motors is weather proof? Should have used WP panels and myer hubs and at the very least compression couplings. Ridged pipe would be ideal due to the vibrations of those motors.I've seen a lot of pipe work fall apart due to set screw couplings. They just don't hold up that kind of stress. The greenfield is just unprofessional. It should only be used for transformers if it left exposed. Its just plain ugly.Your work should look as great as it works!
WAY too much greenfield You should learn how to bend pipe, looks alot nicer! flexible raceway=CHEAP+UGLY i bet your branches are in greenfield or romex,?? :P
