Section spinning does exist, though it'll be delusional to think that the dealer has complete control over it's occurrence. My personal record is 20 consecutive spins in the grand series (0 section) and 25 5 times in a row. All about timing.

i've seen it been done by a dealer , ironically i had to tell her how to section spin basically bribed her, using maths and physics you can make ball land on a certain side eliminating 18 numbers its very easy i'm sure really good croupiers know ,

the ball and wheel spin in opposite direction, each could be spinning an average of 30 spins. that makes 60 spins at least. how is it possible to drop the ball on any section, beside the ball can bounce forward by a full round, stay around at the point drop or even kick backwards. so there is absolutely no way of determining a section where it will drop. only one way to beat the roulette, and that is to cheat! no other way
